Oleastro - a secluded factory situated amongst the olive groves producing organic Olive Oil. Here we will learn about the history of Olives and have the opportunity to sample a traditional Cypriot breakfast. Vouni - nestled in the foothill of the mountain, this picturesque village is home to the “Friends of the Cyprus Donkey” sanctuary, a non - profit making charity run by volunteers. Locals are being encouraged to return and settle in this pretty village with a population of only 136. A delicious lunch is taken in an atmosphere of a village taverna.

Kilani village - one of the oldest wine making regions and home of the Marki Winery, which we visit and indulge in wine tasting and have the chance to purchase the wine. After a coffee break we visit the vine museum and the Church of St John, a former monastery.
